Our Origins
Cubeler Inc. (“Cubeler”) is headquartered in Montreal, Canada, and was founded in 2015 with the goal of leveraging technology to build a global network where small and medium-sized business owners and executives could connect and explore business opportunities.
This concept later expanded to include business financing and promotional services, leading to the creation of the Cubeler Business Hub.
International Expansion and Acquisition
In 2018, Cubeler signed over the Chinese operating rights of the Cubeler Business Hub to Canadian publicly listed company Tenet Fintech Group Inc. (“Tenet”).
That same year, Tenet launched the platform in China, focusing primarily on facilitating purchase order financing transactions between supply chain-related businesses and Chinese financial institutions.
Tenet acquired Cubeler in 2021 and has since been allocating resources to fully develop the platform according to its original global vision.
Rebrand and Mission
In 2025, the Cubeler Business Hub was rebranded simply as “Cubeler”. Today, Cubeler is both a company and a business development platform—exclusively for business owners and executives with decision-making power.
Membership is open to eligible individuals regardless of business size, industry sector or location.
